Lightbulb P/Mo "Flames Guardian"

Profession: Paragon/Monk
Name: Flames Guardian
Type: PvE
Category: Support

Atributes:
Spear: 4 (3 + 1) (Optional)
Command: 0
Motivation: 13 (12 + 1)
Leadership: 16 (12 + 1 + 3)

Skills:

Anthem of Flame;
"They're on Fire!";
Blazing Finale;
Aria of Zeal;
Ballad of Restoration;
Song of Restoration {E};
Signet of Return;
Remove Hex;

Summary:

This build was developed specifical for DoA but, it should work for general PvE with minor or no changes ("Remove Hex" can be replaced with another skill).

This build fits well in any team builds specifical the overused "MoF" teams reducing even more the damage taken.
Athem of Flame, Blazing Finale plus the "SF" Elementalits (almost a standart build for Elementalists our days ) can keep the effect of "They're on fire" almost always up and afflict alot of foes.
Aria of Zeal, Ballad of Restoration, Song of Restoration {E} will help alot your monks and will sometimes prevent a team wipe when a pull goes wrong and the monks get low on energy (Paragon as saved the day a couple of times ).
You, as a Paragon that have played DoA (or tryed at least), probally guessed that the need for Remove Hex is the massive "Vocal Minority" going around. "Vocal Minority" totally shuts this build down.

Use:

The roll of this build demands that you stay away from combate as much as possible.

The order of skill cast that I will show bellow is only to give a much better ideia how this build work and its not a fixed thing. Ok lets start:

1. Start by casting Blazing Finale on the Tank after he as got angro;
2. Get away from the front of combat and cast "They're on Fire";
3. Cast Anthem of Flame;
4. Spam Aria of Zeal, Ballad of Restoration, Song of Restoration {E} and Anthem of Flame every time you can;
5. Renew "They're on Fire!" and Blazing Finale as needed;
6. Use Signet of Return when someone died, taking that load away from monks.

Notes:

Energy consumption shouldnt be an issue since you will constantly be regaining +8 energy for each shout/chant that you spam. I never really have an issue. I have a 40 energy pool, end game green spear with +5 energy and a -5/20 shield. But you can increase your mana pool by using a staff instead.

You can take one "Motivation" head pice to switch when the situation requires that you use mostly this atribute linked skills (Aria of Zeal, Ballad of Restoration, Song of Restoration {E}).

I would greatly like any feedback about the build.

If you find any English errors please report them

Have fun,
impression

Edit: Added info about energy pool.
